VLEE was founded by Velma Lee, Esq., a creative designer of bespoke fashion and lifestyle goods. Pairing a unique and dexterous vision with classic training as tailor and seamstress extraordinaire with a law degree, Velma has the rare ability to design fully agnostically, applying her functional creativity to whatever challenges her clients present her with. She has outfitted everyone from stage actresses in stunning gowns on the Tony Awards red carpet, to brides-to-be in traditional wedding dresses, to NFL cheerleaders chic on the Sunday sidelines, and even the recording artists Khalid’s pup “Maui” in a collaborative project with the global sportswear brand REEBOK. Whatever the occasion, she’s got you covered!

Early in 2020, Velma shifted her sartorial senses to creating thousands of face coverings in response to the voluminous demand from local, state and national businesses. As is her M.O., she approached the project with her signature functional creativity, seeking to give those in need a mask they didn’t know they needed. The result is the PATENT PENDING innovative revolutionary hang-down comfort and efficiency mask system featured on this site, co-signed by countless consumers, hospitals and rehabilitation centers nationwide, post offices, local grocers, senior living facilities, and every day folks looking to do their part.
